VANE new concept store | NYC Opening

THE STORE
Designed around the latest collection theme Dark Forrest, the shop features moody, floor-to-ceiling
wilderness imagery on the west facing wall, while an assortment of found objects, tools, and books are
scattered throughout the space to create a mysterious atmosphere of constant discovery.
Product display is provided through a combination of built furniture and found items, anchored by a set of
custom military cases used throughout the shop, featuring wood and glass display boxes with industrial
wool inlays, while a tailor-made archival shelving and closet system hold product inventory.

Located at 125 Rivington Street in the heart of New York’s burgeoning Lower East Side, the store
buildout called for a gut renovation to expose the original brick walls and wood flooring, showcasing the
distinct character of the original building architecture. Rather than hide the building’s imperfections, the
Store highlights the raw essence and industrial beauty of the space through the use of concrete and a thin
veneer of white paint to brighten the store.
The Store will be open from 12pm to 10pm Monday through Friday, and 12pm to 11pm Saturday and
Sunday to accommodate the unconventional schedule of the neighborhood’s creative community.

THE PRODUCT
The Store features a cross-category offering of Vane’s exclusive apparel, jewelry, and footwear
collections, and also highlights their various collaboration products. The shop offers a preview of
upcoming styles, and will continually release styles of footwear and outerwear that will be available only
in the store.
The Vane merchandise will be complemented by a hand-selection of vintage Rolex watches and vintage
designer frames from Carrera, Cazal, Christian Dior, Ultra and more.
